I am a licensed massage therapist and personal trainer running for AMTA Florida Chapter Secretary. I have a B.A. in Management with emphasis in communication skills. I continually strive to expand my knowledge and skills though continuing education courses; which is the best way to serve my clients, by staying informed of legislation, research, and events in the massage industry.
I am known for being a great listener, quick learner, self-starter, and dedicated worker. My strong work ethic is demonstrated throughout my life including my excellent attendance records, willingness to complete all assigned tasks, and commitment to do my best at all times. I love working and being part of a team.
Based on each client’s needs, I practice integrative massage, combining many techniques from different massage modalities. To list a few of the modalities I am trained include: Orthopedic, Neuromuscular, and Upledger Craniosacral.
As the elected AMTA secretary, I will work to get the job done in a timely manner. I can adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Being part of a professional membership is personally important to me. My goal is to be an enthusiastic and a positive addition to our wonderful association the AMTA Florida Chapter.
I feel a profound gratitude to be an AMTA member, in this profession and to practice massage therapy. I am truly blessed to be in a career where I can integrate what I do, with who I am, what I feel and where I want to be in life.
